Abstract: A risk component and signaling of constructing and management of enterprise business-model of is considered. The framework for construction of the European Model for Business Excellence is presented for Total Quality Management Ports. Business-model structural estimation and its ertsgamma creation for the SE SSTP "Oktyabrsk".
