Abstract:
The article substantiates the need to form the mechanisms of cultivated lands management with the consideration of current realities of land-use management as well as international environmental conventions requirements. The author's structuring of the cultivated lands management has been suggested according to which they include institutional, organizational and management, financial and economic, ecologic and ethical and moral mechanisms. The attention is drawn to the importance of the ethical and moral mechanism through revitalization of the work of advisory services which will allow to overcome the informational asymmetry with regard to the choice of forms, methods and means to increase the cultivated lands stability.
