Abstract:
Today's life is becoming increasingly difficult. New technologies, rapid digitalization of the economy, increased competition in product and labour markets require individuals to find new tools to oppose still unprecedented challenges and threats. One of such tools is hybrid entrepreneurship that is based on a combination of individual employment with the simultaneous implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives. Let us consider this phenomenon more closely in order to understand whether it is suitable for our fellow citizens.
