What kind of a national innovation system is necessary for the future of Ukraine?

Abstract: The authors' recommendations as an answer to the question posed in the title of the article are based on the materials of the preparation and holding of "National Innovation System: State and Legislative Provision of Development" parliamentary hearings which took place on March 21, 2018 in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, reflexive analysis of the content of the speeches of the participants of these hearings, as well as generalization of the results of publications of famous domestic and foreign authors, dealing with problems and possible ways of forming an effective National Innovation System of Ukraine.
