Abstract:
This paper is about the development of the methodology used, the results and their corresponding analyses, the workshop called Knowledge Management (GC) carried out by forestry-industrial entrepreneurs. It had the fixed objective of integrating the general information and the particular knowledge of the workshops’ participants employing knowledge management technology to potentiate the intangible assets. It presents a synthesis of the theoretical framework, a description of the methodology, and the analysis of what had been done, and as a conclusion, it explains the importance of the group training methodology on the search of associativity of different enterprises.
