Generic technical job skills in business organization from the perspective of their trainers

Abstract: Economic globalization has produced multiple factors that have transformed working markets characteristics worldwide changing the organizations expected profiles. The purpose of this article is to diagnose the graduate Business Management associate degree generic working competences from the perspective of career teachers; it is used a descriptive design with a field methodological approach; the sample was composed by fifteen (15) career teachers with a non-probabilistic intentional sampling type. Among the most relevant results are, team work abilities, work under pressure, and interpersonal abilities; as well as knowledge of a language and ICTs management abilities.
