Chaoticity environments, the challenge of plans for sustainable development in Venezuela

Abstract: The research focuses on identifying the variables affecting performance entropic of Venezuelan society as dissipative and complex system, therefore, the chaos theory stands as an essential tool. The study is documentary based on the search, analysis, criticism and interpretation of secondary data from both printed and electronic sources to obtain the necessary information to understanding of the phenomenon under study. In this sense, patterns of instability were identified with capacity to generate entropy or disorder in different spheres of national life, reaching the conclusion that sustainable development plans they are called to recover the system through the balance of social, economic environmental and political.
