Abstract: In this work, we describe the Venezuelan food consumption pa! erns. We used a statistic technical, of the Multivariate Analysis, known as Principal Component Analysis. The description of each pa! ern is made from the supplement variables. Each resulting pa! ern is described on basis: The head of household’s education level, his/her social class and the city where lives the family. This description gives some information about the household as regards to food consumption.
