The aim of this paper is to study the reasons that determine agricultural producer's behaviour related to choice supply strategies, and explain the differences between firms that sell spot and firms that choice a complex transaction. A model is estimated using data collected in a survey of the Valle Bonaerense del Río Colorado region.
