Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to provide an analysis of Italian labour market with a focus on the Construction Industry sector. In the first paragraph, a reflection about the performative dimension of indicators contextualizes the analysis developed in the next ones. After a brief methodological note, the third paragraph concerns the dynamics of Italian labour market, paying full attention on young precarity and other segmentations. The third paragraph provides a full analysis on Construction Sector, especially focusing on work conditions, permanent and non-permanent work, worked hours dynamics and on safety dimension. By conclusions, the three parts of the paper can find a united lecture.
