Abstract:
The article is a review of ‘The Undoing Project: A Friendship That Changed Our Minds’ by Michael Lewis. After describing the formative years of the two psychologists , the article summarises the concept of rationality in economics before the work of Kahneman and Tversky and analyses the innovations they introduced, focusing on prospect theory.
