Integration of Processes of Dual Education and Corporate Social Responsibility at an Industrial Company

Abstract: The paper develops a conceptual scheme for integration of processes of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and dual education with a view to raising the quality of vocational education and enhancing the efficiency of social investment of business and the state in the training of highly qualified staff for industrial production. The author discusses the prospects of practical implementation of interaction between the interested parties when realizing the programs of manufacturing staff training based on the dual education model by national enterprises. This approach allows reducing staff risks in the long term and improving the transparency and accountability of companies to stakeholders. Integration of processes proceeds in stages, meets the requirements of international standards of corporate social responsibility and makes it possible to improve the institutional environment of dual education development in Russia. Using the author’s own theoretical insights, we propose an algorithm for building a system of dual education targeted at complying with requirements of the state and employers for the outcome of the training of workers and specialists of an industrial company.
