Abstract: The Euro-company, in the context of this paper, is circumscribed in the category of emerging concepts with the process of European construction. Improving the competitiveness of enterprises in the region is mainly due to the implementation of advanced technological processes by the euro-companies present in the area, leading to increased interest in local producers and purchase of modern technologies, in productivity growth within enterprises. By creating European companies is also sold in a higher degree of intangible assets held by companies, such as: know-how, skills, innovation, brand, competitive advantage, etc. Specific market conditions have allowed European companies in expanding markets, geographically close, by setting subsidiaries with substantial autonomy, based on trusted associates.
