Abstract:
The business world nowadays develops its activity in an unstable economic climate where the new technological era, informational explosion, globalization and the almost never ending economic crisis turn the current organizational activity into a permanent effort of adapting to the new reality. This article aims to emphasize the role and importance of communication in the daily activities of an organization. For a clear image on this topic, we chose to make a short review of the information coming from the academic environment so we can later analyze the realities of the communication process that takes place in one of the national companies. The main conclusions of this research underlined the necessity of shaping up the aims of communication with the organizational strategic intentions making this way a complete effort by strategic unity. Developing and communicating the politics that guide managerial decisions towards reaching the organizational aims can be efficient only by updating communication and communicators to the organizational real environment.
