Abstract:
The most common barrier, at least for graduates of Romania, is “prior experience” that could be gain only by internship and/or students placement. In this process are involved three main actors: students, SME’s and universities that could have a very active role in match making of the two target groups. The project P2T2.0 – Passport to Trade 2.0 a Bridge to Success aimed to continue the initiative of building a site with 31 European countries profiles offering basic information for students looking for studying and working abroad and for SME’s on finding part-time, seasonal, cheep labor. Present paper will present an overview of the students and SME’s representative opinions about placement in Romania and the availability to extend it at the European level.
