Abstract:
During this period, when the economic environment is increasing turbulent, unforeseeable and difficult, the technical vitality has become a priority for all organization. In the closer competition, in both local and international level, organizations who kept pace with technology didn't show obvious successes, but the organizations which developed their technology and valued human resources capital. In recent years, the success and results of managers that have discovered, through renewal of the management system of human resources, how to raise the level of competence of their employees, how to mobilize people, or how to use team dynamics and how to delegate authority at all levels in the organization was highlighted. Involving employees required adopting a new style of leadership, whose aim is not the control, but the partnership. By achieving these goals the managers were able to more easily meet the challenges of economic crisis.
