Abstract:
A survey in rural areas, on a sample of about 250 students from schools in Cluj county, revealed that the participation of students who study in rural schools in competitions and Olympiads in mathematics declined in the last 10 years with almost 50%. The overall objective of this competition is to attract students to learn better discipline of mathematics and mathematical dimension strengthening of rural education by encouraging cooperation between teachers, between students, between institutions and schools. The competition will require training and will result better results in school.
