Abstract:
Today, appraisers in many markets are finding inadequate comparable sales data due to low sales volume. What can an appraiser do to supplement the inadequate sales comparison data? There are a number of other options available to appraisers. This article will discuss how to find and use other techniques that provide clues to market value.
