Machine-learning real estate valuation: not only a data affair

Abstract: This article proposes an integration of artificial intelligence discussion into the real estate market approaches stressing the challenges it brings into businesses and professional services. The author is indicating the increased role and value played by timely data and the importance of domain-relevant knowledge in interpreting findings. A new factor of production is today blockchain-stored transaction data with progressively important value in an AI-driven economy and the real estate industry (from residential to commercial) will need to adapt and provide services in accordance with tomorrow demand.
