Abstract:
Romania has emerged as the next frontier for wind energy development. Valuers may play an important role validating the financial viability of these complex enterprises. This article adapts a valuation model, first posited for the American wind industry, to assist Romanian valuers model the financial performance and test feasibility of wind energy projects in Romania.
