Valahian Journal of Economic Studies, 2012, vol. 3, issue 2, 61-66 Abstract: The current article examines the main factors which bring about the success of organizational change, from the coaching perspective, given the need to permanently adjust internal resources to the demands of the external environment. By emphasizing the importance of integrating coaching in the management style, the importance of the human factor and its heterogeneity in an organization is thus acknowledged. The first part of the article looks at the connection between the efficiency of the organization’s activity and using coaching as an intrinsic part of the management process. The second part points out the necessary and sufficient conditions for change and indicates their importance in the change process, while calling forth the paradigm of change in Crane’s vision. The last part elicits the driving forces of change in the vision of executive coaching, together with the principles of implementing executive coaching efficiently. The final part of the article makes a synthesis of the basic principles of the management’s approach, from the executive coaching standpoint.
