DECISION MAKING AND PERFORMANCE AT THE MICRO LEVEL

Abstract: Interested in our approach matters related to revealing how the manifestation of state involvement in the economy generate certain levels decisions regarding the management of private companies, more or less judicious. Basis of a decision occurs after a certain algorithm, building on certain signals coming from environmental interference internal-external environment company. Every company wants highlighting the strengths, mitigate weaknesses, exploit opportunities and avoid the threats direction. Of course, the mechanism works great when the whole market moves by its own economic rules, with a low degree of involvement of public authorities. But when the state intervenes in the economy in various forms are disturbances to the private sector, or rather, managers will take certain decisions that, in other circumstances, would not be adopted. The paper will identify the types of companies that use public funds to finance activities in different proportions, using our relational strategies, trying to identify factors in the environment that impact upon economic policy decision-making process at the micro level.
