Abstract:
In this paper we refer to the main obstacles that Romanian companies have faced lately, especially the risk of liquidity shortages, and discuss the steps that the government can take to reduce these risks and to relaunch the activity of the Romanian business environment. In this respect, we will analyze the current situation of the business environment in Romania, the economic measures adopted in several EU member states regarding the activity of companies, respectively measures proposed to support companies in Romania, using the most recent reports / documents and databases of the specialized bodies (National Bank of Romania, Institute of Statistics, OECD, Keysfin)
