Abstract: Determination of the effectiveness of measures in relation to the instruments of macroprudential policy for regulating the credit market is associated with the need to assess the countercyclical nature of macroprudential policy, timely revision of measures in relation to its instruments and determine the side effects of its implementation. Currently, in the world practice, the effectiveness of measures in relation to instruments affecting bank assets is mainly assessed, and the study of the effectiveness of measures in relation to instruments that affect the capital and liquidity of banks is limited to a small number of studies.
