Abstract: The article analyzes the situation in the country in connection with the fi-nancing of science high schools. The modernization of higher education and improve the efficiency of integration processes in the scientific and educational complex of Ukraine require special attention to the problems of the science in higher educational establishments of Ukraine. Science Sector of universities aims to provide basic relationship of education with opportunities for flexible response to the need for urgent funding for the country's scientific directions motivate professionals and scientists in the development of their scientific knowledge and skills.
