Abstract: The elements of state staff policy in USSCP of Ukraine have been characterized. Classification of its features has been upgraded. A further rise in awareness of a hierarchy of requirements to the personnel of SES of Ukraine at different stages of their career is ensured. Priority areas for development of state staff policy in USSCP of Ukraine are identified.
