State regulation of foreign trade activities in European countries' electric power industry sphere: experience and prospects

Abstract: The research of experience and state regulation prospects in European countries' electric power industry sphere is carried out in the article. In particular, the review of features of functioning of European institutional structures, which regulate foreign trade activities in electric power industry sphere, is carried out. The standard-legal maintenance of state regulation of foreign trade activities in electric power industry sphere in European countries is analyzed. Types of models of the electric power market in the European Union countries are defined.
