Abstract: The article is devoted to the peculiarities of conflict interaction in the field of public relations. We prove the importance of mechanisms in the occurrence and resolv-ing of conflicts at the local level. The emphasis is placed on the specific mechanisms of conflict management, which should cover all manifestations and stages of conflict interaction.
