Abstract: The article analyzes the mechanisms together with scientific and methodological principles of economic organization and improvement of innovative educational activities of higher educational institution and increase of its effectiveness. The essence of innovation development organization in the university is considered, the principles and priorities of the economic support of the regime are defined.
