Contemporary challenges to the quality of working life in the conditions of COVID-19 and accelerated transition to teleworking are highlighted. Results of an empirical study among large organizations from the districts of Varna and Dobrich, Bulgaria are presented. The results of the empirical study show that the hybrid model of work is specific and will be typical in the post-pandemic period, and the main factors for quality of working life in the studied companies are security and wages. Conclusions and recommendations from the research are formulated.
