Abstract: Term periodic deposits are the main means of forming people's savings. Different needs and savings opportunities can be met through different modifications of the standard schemes for depositing funds in periodic deposits. The paper offers three options for long-term recurring deposits with changing contributions. Methods for deriving generalized formulas in each of them are proposed and peculiarities in solving problems of this type are considered. The theoretical results are aprobed with examples and self-study tasks are proposed. The research in the article has not only practical meaning, but can also be useful in the process of educating pupils and university students, as it enables them to realize the overall logic of deposit formation and make their own modifications.
