Abstract: Residential construction affects the economy of every country. In it usually are employed a significant number of people who often have no other alternative on the labour market. At the same time, residential construction creates conditions for the functioning of many other industries that create raw materials necessary for construction activity. The present article is dedicated to the study of the state and trends in the development of the construction of residential properties in the Varna region. Statistical information for the period 2019 - 2021 was studied, and the relevant conclusions were formulated.
