Abstract:
Nowadays social networks are one of the most used means of imposing company image and create a positive attitude among customers. They are often used in business to share information, advertise products and services to reach the target audience, business partners, or other organizations. The purpose of this research is to trace some of the most common orthographic and punctuation mistakes on the Facebook page of a particular online media, and to clarify the causes for such mistakes.
