Abstract:
The cultural hegemony in the 21st century reflects on the dynamics of Industry 4.0 as a new type of cultural model, supporting the functioning and development of traditional industries, but also entering the field of space industry, which is a real cultural revolution of our time. Organizational change due to the bearers of the cultural hegemony is a key factor for the sustainability and development of business and imposed by circumstances could generate new competitive advantages for companies in the global environment. The aim of the paper is to present cultural models of organizational change and some tendencies on their specific manifestations in the business.
