Abstract:
The valuation of assets, liabilities, capital and entire enterprises emerged in Bulgaria with the development of market relationships. The prosperity of valuation is linked with its progress as a science, a legislation framework and a practice. At present the valuation profession has not established itself properly due to a sequence of problems in relation to the number of independent valuers, their professional qualification, responsibilities, morals and ethics.
