Abstract: The study focuses on the public sector in Bulgaria and possibilities for implementation of business intelligence systems in this sector. It represents the results of online survey aimed to establish the current state of Information and Communication Technologies used in the sector as a prerequisite for the implementation of business intelligence systems.
