Radka Ivanova ()

Izvestia Journal of the Union of Scientists - Varna. Economic Sciences Series, 2014, issue 1, 35-42

Abstract: Innovation accompany all ages of human existence – before agrarna, agrarian, industrial and post-industrial, and today continue to be crucial for development globally. The realization of the innovation process at several levels, namely - global, regional, national and local, requires the development of specific policies for each of them to determine the ways and means to achieve the objectives in the field of innovation. Thoughtful innovation policy allows for the rational use of innovative potential at the appropriate level through a package of measures and means to increase the scale and effectiveness of innovation.
