Abstract: The main objective of this paper is to trace and analyze approved and implemented projects in the field of non-agricultural activities undertaken in the Northeastern region during the first programming period of Program for rural development. Based on the analysis of funded and implemented projects in non-agricultural activities of the Program for developing rural areas, we derive some general conclusions and recommendations for the Northeast region.
