Abstract:
The role of information technology in today's organizations is increasing. They are applied in the processing of large volumes of data in order to provide information to support effective decision making. However, only part of the needed information exists on computers. Important information exists in the heads of the employees. It is needed infrastructure to capture, storage and distribution this knowledge. The primary goal of a knowledge warehouse is to provide those opportunities.
