Abstract:
Production and marketing of fruits, vegetables, fish and other fresh foods is extremely conservative sector which requires serious investment for production, storage and ultimate realization. Increasingly growing requirements to quality of goods allows for the introduction of online trading with food as an option for an informed choice of the end user. In the report there is systematization of previous experience in establishing a modern market infrastructure, including online trading with fresh food, and summarize the experience in the implementation of projects funded by different programs.
