Possibilities of the Implementing the Concept Kaizen in the Banking Sector in Bulgaria

Abstract: During the last years the interest towards the Japanese concept Kaizen of continuous improvement the activities in America and Europe increases. The present report reveals the features and the characteristics of the concept Kaizen and the trends for its implementation in the banking sector worldwide. The main purpose of this report is to outline the specific features and the opportunities for improvement the activities in the banking sector in Bulgaria by applying the concept Kaizen.
