Abstract:
The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) outlines new tendencies in the development of conventional business models. The future of people, their business initiatives and the economic development as a whole put questions about new definitions of employment, competence and emotional intelligence. The aim of the paper is to submit for consideration the new paradigm in the light of the business of the small companies.
