Abstract:
The author examines key marketing aspects of customer relationship management and their specificities in the sector of business services. As a part of the business services sector, accountancy business services are inspected as well. Concerned are the themes connected with characteristics of company's clients portfolio and imposed practices in the accountancy business sector. The article examines customer relationship management with clients from B2B market.
