Abstract: Under review comes the resource security of the product risk when implementing an IS. That risk is characterized by the diversity of the sources and the specifics of the measures used to control it. The allocation of the responsibilities concerning its management between the software companies and the potential customers is of crucial importance. In that context a solution for financial security for eventual risks that threaten the proper functioning of the IS is proposed.
