Abstract: In this paper we will debate whether the phenomenon of "Internet addiction" has grounds among the young population of the city of Varna or not. It will verify the existence of some relationship between time spent by students from high schools on the Internet and certain habits they have. Statistical analysis of the results will be made using data derived from empirical research conducted in high schools in the city.
