Problems in the Ascending Part of the Corporate Lifecycle and the Risk of Insolvency

Abstract: This study considers some research about the corporate lifecycle and it characterizes the corporate lifecycle stage by Adizes' model in his ascending part. It extracts the accompanying problems of the ascending part of corporate lifecycle and on this basis it presents the corporate stages of illness. The study systematizes the problems in the ascending part of corporate lifecycle and on this basis it describes the typical risk of insolvency in the corporate stages of illness.
