Abstract: The report issues and systematizes the general and special grounds for cancellation of the commercial transactions in the Insolvency proceedings under the Commercial Act. The advantages and disadvantages of the legislation are analyzed in terms of seeking a legislative balance between the principles and needs of insolvency proceedings and the principle of legal and public certainty which directly affect to the economics and business market sphere.
