Abstract:
E-shops are a form that provides the customer with the opportunity to run through the Internet at all stages of the purchase process, from the choice of the item and ends with the money transfer and delivery of the goods. "Using websites, directories, blogs, databases, mobile devices, helps business organizations create more effective communications to get feedback and manage customer relationships." For this purpose, maximum integration with the database of the company or sales representative is required.
