Abstract: The report aims to clarify the rights and obligations of the investment intermediary, as well as to identify good practices and current issues in the field of commercial investment interme-diation. The report addresses issues of how to invest and the legal aspects of this, as well as the possibility of risks and those available to compensate investors.
