Abstract:
Pursuing their strategic goals and objectives, companies, in one form or another, affect the interests of people and organizations with whom they have direct interaction, as well as those whose existence they may not suspect. All of them, pursuing their goals and tasks, can have an impact on the organization, to have demands and claims to it. Stakeholder theory attempts to explain this phenomenon in which the organization can influence but can be influenced by stakeholders.
